Panther Families,
We need your help! Each family is asked to complete the Household Income Form (HIF), a completely private and confidential form that has a big impact on the funding our schools receive.
The number of forms completed directly affects the resources available for our students, including Weekend Food Bags that go home with several of our students, e-rate funding that provides affordable high-speed internet, and many other essential programs that support families across our district.
Completing the HIF takes less than 3-4 minutes, and every student needs a form on file. Our goal is to have completed forms for 80% of our students, but right now we are below 60%.
Please take a few moments today to fill out your student’s Household Income Form using the link below. Your effort makes a lasting difference for our students, families, and schools.

How to Complete the HIF:
1. Type in this link: https://www.myschoolapps.com/Application
2. Enter zip code "41008" or select "Kentucky" from the dropdown menu and select “Search”
3. Select "Carroll County Public Schools, KY - Household Income Forms" from the dropdown menu and select "Select District & Continue"
4. Read the information on the page and select "Begin Application Process"
5. Complete the form with your household information. If you have multiple students in your home, please attach all of them to one form.
Select the button with three lines in the top right corner of the screen and select Language to change between English and Español.

These Work-Based Learning students are assigned to Cartmell Elementary through co-op experience and unpaid apprenticeships. The high schoolers help students with any assignments and projects the teacher identifies. The goal for all PBL/WBL students is to be considered college and/or career ready at graduation. Those students who are career ready receive a notation on their diploma and a cord to wear at graduation. (Photos courtesy of Mr. Fremin.)

🌱🌸 The Cartmell Conservation Club has been busy! 🌿 Students rolled up their sleeves to care for the Sellers Community Garden, created in honor of former Cartmell student Deacon Sellers. 🍅🥕 They harvested fresh tomatoes and carrots and even learned how to collect marigold seeds to plant next spring. 🌼💚 These young gardeners are growing kindness, teamwork, and a love for nature! 🌎✨

🚙DROP-OFF REMINDER *Please use the OUTER LOOP for student drop-off 🚷-Avoid parking in the center lot and walking students across the loop to the building. This poses a safety risk and interferes with loop traffic. ⏫-Pull all the way forward in a single line to drop-off students. They will follow the sidewalk safely to the front door. 😊THANK YOU FOR HELPING KEEP DROP-OFF SAFE AND EFFICIENT FOR EVERYONE! #ccpanthers
