Carroll County Middle School is kicking off an exciting new chapter by introducing the Leader in Me curriculum. The program is built to help students grow into confident, capable leaders. Based on Stephen Coveyās renowned 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, this initiative focuses on real-world skills like responsibility, goal-setting, and teamwork. Staff members have spent two full days in hands-on training with Amy Cordrey, preparing to bring these ideas to life in classrooms and across CCMS. Since Kathryn Winn Primary and Cartmell Elementary already use Leader in Me, many students will hit the ground running with concepts they know and recognize.
