  Rationale:
  To approve the submission and application for three grants that will assist in Project Lead The Way. These grants also follow the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineer, and Mathematic) program. All three grants are 50/50 match. The grants are: Energy Technology Engineering Career Pathway, Engineering Pipeline, and Biomedical Sciences Career Pathway Grants as presented.
